Terms of Service

QuoteThru is operated by Hristo Lilkin, an individual based in Bulgaria, currently operating as a sole trader. In these terms, "we" means Hristo Lilkin and "you" means the moving company or person who signs up.

These terms are for movers who use QuoteThru. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

QuoteThru lets you send customers a private link where they add addresses, access details and room photos. Photos are analysed by AI to list items, and you get an inventory with an estimated volume.

QuoteThru is in early access and is currently free. If we introduce charges, we will give you at least 30 days' notice first.

• One account is for one mover. Do not share your sign-in.
• Keep your sign-in secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

You must have a lawful basis to invite your customers and to process their data. You must tell them that you use QuoteThru. The survey shows a short notice to help, but it does not replace your own duty to inform them.

Item lists, sizes and volumes (m³) are estimates made by AI. They can be wrong. Check them before you quote. We are not liable for quotes or decisions based on them.

• Do not upload unlawful content.
• Do not misuse the service, attack it, or try to access data that is not yours.
• Do not use it to send spam or to collect data you have no right to collect.

These terms apply to survey data that we process for you. You are the controller and we are the processor. See our Privacy Policy for the data involved.

• Instructions. We process survey data only on your documented instructions. Using the service is your instruction. We tell you if we think an instruction breaks the law.
• Confidentiality. People who can access the data are bound by confidentiality.
• Security. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data.
• Subprocessors. You agree that we use the providers listed in the Privacy Policy. We will tell you before we add or replace one, and you may object. If we cannot resolve the objection, you can delete your account.
• Help. We help you answer data-subject requests and carry out data protection impact assessments, as far as this is reasonable for our role.
• Breaches. We tell you without undue delay after we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting your data.
• Deletion. At the end of the service (when you delete your account), we delete the survey data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Compliance. We make available the information needed to show we meet these obligations. Contact hristo@quotethruapp.com to ask.

During early access, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uptime, and the service may change or be unavailable at times.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We can suspend or close an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, and its courts have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
