QuoteThru is currently provided as a beta service. This means the Service may contain bugs, interruptions, or inaccuracies. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You will only upload content you have the right to use
• You will comply with all applicable laws when contacting clients (including email and SMS regulations)
• You are responsible for the accuracy of extracted and edited data

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for:

• Illegal activities
• Sending spam or unauthorized communications
• Uploading malicious content

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteThru shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Use of the Service is at your own risk.
